Add a Graph Database
Add a Graph Database - Tinkerpop and W3C/SPARQL compliant as an alternative to: Stardog, Janusgraph, Neptune. Must support sharding and use of cloud storage for backups.

Yes google cloud definitely needs a graph database if they want to be able to keep up with azure and AWS. I work at a consulting firm and the demand for graph database solutions is increasing pretty fast. It would also be nice if the graph database would be fully managed like Spanner/Datastore to also enable startups to use it (Unlike AWS neptune where you need at least ~1500$/mo for a database which is replicated only across 3 regions). High starting prices like these often turn startups away from solutions like AWS Neptune or also Google Bigtable for that matter (e.g. if someoene wanted to run Janusgraph on google bigtable they'd have to pay at least 2000$/mo even if they only use 10% of the infrastructure)

Managed service for graph database like Amazon Neptune or Azure Cosmos DB.
It would be superb if comes with serverless service like Spanner/Datastore
