Boot watchdog service for VM instantiation would be helpful for crashing VMs
Since we are seeing frequent VM boot failures currently with centos-7 images.(systemd-fsck-root.service is faiing). I was wondering if there was any work being done to implement a watchdog service. It could have a standard IPMI interface for instance. And allow the VM to self-restart if the watchdog is not stopped or kicked by some sort of post startup hook.
