Cache is too aggressive
I wasn't sure where to report this issue, but let me summarize here: We had a repository on Github that was set up to auto-triggering builds. Then, we deleted the repository off of Github and re-created it. We also correspondingly deleted the Container Registry build trigger and recreated it, however, now whenever we kick off a build from the master branch, it still uses the SHA hash of the tip from the version of the repository before it was deleted (if that makes sense).
github.com/us/cool-repo (master @ 123456)
github.com/us/cool-repo (master @ 455789, 3 commits ahead of where it used to be)
build trigger still somehow pulling master @ 123456
Facing same problem.
